I remember my mum used to use left over foolscape paper cupboard to draw all kind of different sizes of shapes & cut them out. She will hand-draw the shapes herself of cos by using some bottles, caps etc to make a perfect shape.

Making 3 same sets, and cut them out and put them into 3 different plastic bag, waiting for her kids free time siting down with them and TATA~!!
"Lets make some animals / faces out of these shapes shall we" She will say.

We (me, my bro, my sis) and our mother sat down on the round dinning table, started to form shapes into faces or animals! We had so much fun! after tat we will color the things tat we had made!! i remember we had faces, birds, dog, cat etc...

I always remeber tat when she is free she will sit down watching tv and draw shapes or cuting them out...

To me, i learn tat from her tat although its a small things we do together, we had so much fun! Cos till now i STILL remember she made all these for us to do together... !!

We are poor from young, so my mum a creative woman, she will tot of wat can be recycle for us to hav fun!

I had apply her skill she taught us to my children!!
Cos i think tat such a thing should not be forgotten!!
Being together with the family doing even a small little things counts!!!
